Welcome to Terfyn Hall Holidays. We are delighted you’ve chosen to stay with us. To ensure every guest enjoys a safe, relaxing and memorable experience, please take a moment to read our Terms & Conditions. By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following.

1. Booking & Payment

• A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your arrival and will be automatically taken using the payment method provided, unless otherwise agreed.
• Failure to make payment by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled.

2. Cancellations & Amendments

• The £50 booking deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Once the final balance has been paid, all payments remain non-refundable.
• Bookings cannot be amended or transferred within 10 days of arrival.
• We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 4:00pm
• Check-out: By 10:30am

Early check-in and late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and are
subject to availability. Unauthorised late departures may incur additional charges.

4. Occupancy

Only the guests named on the booking confirmation may stay at the property.

Visitors and additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval.

Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in the booking being terminated
without refund.

5. Respect for Others

We ask all guests to respect neighbouring properties and fellow visitors.

Please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00pm and 8:00am.

Parties, large gatherings, excessive noise and anti-social behaviour are strictly
prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

6. Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any accommodation.

Evidence of smoking indoors may result in additional cleaning and deodorising charges.

7. Pets

Unless specifically agreed in writing at the time of booking, pets are not permitted.

8. Hot Tub Safety

The hot tub is provided for your enjoyment and should be used responsibly.

Before using the hot tub, every booking must read and sign our Hot Tub Disclaimer.
Use of the hot tub is not permitted until the disclaimer has been completed.

Guests must:

• Shower before entering the hot tub.
• Avoid fake tan, makeup, oils, soaps or chemicals.
• Replace the hot tub lid after every use.
• Use plastic drinkware only.
• Report any maintenance concerns immediately.
• Supervise children at all times.
• Consult a medical professional before use if pregnant or suffering from any medical condition.

Failure to follow the hot tub rules may result in additional cleaning,
maintenance or repair charges.

9. Damage & Additional Charges

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused during their stay.

Charges may apply for:

• Damage to furniture, fixtures or appliances.
• Excessive cleaning.
• Stained bedding, towels or soft furnishings beyond normal laundering.
• Missing items.
• Damage caused through negligence or misuse.
• Failure to follow property or hot tub instructions.

10. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.
• Report any accidental damage immediately.
• Use all facilities safely and responsibly.
• Follow all instructions provided within the property.

11. Animals

Terfyn Hall Holidays is home to a variety of friendly animals.

Guests are welcome to enjoy seeing them but must:

• Supervise children at all times.
• Not enter animal enclosures unless invited by staff.
• Not feed the animals unless authorised.
• Treat all animals with kindness and respect.

12. Maintenance

Whilst every effort is made to ensure all facilities are fully operational,
occasional maintenance or emergency repairs may be necessary.

Should an issue arise, we will always work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Temporary interruptions to facilities do not automatically entitle guests to compensation.

13. Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their own belongings throughout their stay.

Terfyn Hall Holidays accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to
personal possessions.

14. Right to Refuse or End a Stay

We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a booking without refund where guests:

• Breach these Terms & Conditions.
• Cause damage to the property.
• Engage in illegal or anti-social behaviour.
• Exceed the permitted occupancy.
• Fail to comply with reasonable requests from management.

15. Force Majeure

We cannot accept liability for cancellations, delays or interruptions caused by
circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, power failures,
flooding, government restrictions or other unforeseen events.

16. Liability

Guests use all facilities, including hot tubs, balconies, play equipment and
outdoor areas, entirely at their own risk.

Terfyn Hall Holidays accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage except where
caused by our proven negligence.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and
agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
